On The Steps Of The Courthouse

I photographed the most lovely wedding in Leesburg, VA today - a terribly charming little place. Theirs was a simple affair on the steps of the courthouse. The bride was a picture of grace. I think she'd make a fantastic movie star or first lady - her persona radiated warmth. I had such a great time in so many ways. I felt like I had known the couple forever -- they were so terrific.

The Roses

Yeap, that's their last name - complete with red roses for their flowers of choice. This bride had the most gorgeous lace dress! This couple was surrounded by so much love and it was a charming affair.

Little Firefly

This little girl was abuzz with life and vitality. And those eyes! They are perfectly matched to her denim dress, too. If there were a contest on loving families, this family would be right at the top. Now, all the families I photograph are loving and dear, but trust me, this family is just oozing. I'm happy to have met them and look forward to seeing this intense little firefly grow.

The Official Jessica Photo Baby

Today I took the morning with my baby and went to Frying Pan Farm. This was our second trip there - we love it. It's in Herdon, VA. It was overcast and just perfect today. I love this fall weather.

Framing

When you cross the bridge to your framing needs (which is guaranteed to happen since you've hired me!) I have two things to let you know.

1.) I have a referral to a custom framer who comes to your house. He brings a laptop to your home and can show you your images inside different frames and mattes. Inquire for his contact info if you are interested.
